Welcome to Cartside. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Cartside.

What Cartside is

Cartside compares grocery prices from publicly available store listings and helps you build a shopping list and cost out meals. It is an information and convenience tool.

Prices are estimates

Prices, availability, sizes, and product matches are gathered automatically and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always confirm the actual price and product at the store before you buy. Cartside is not responsible for differences between what we show and what a store charges.

Not affiliated with the stores

Cartside is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart, Kroger, ALDI, or any other retailer. All store names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify where a price came from.

Your account

You need an account to use Cartside. Keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and tell us if you notice any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing

Cartside is a paid app. Full access requires an auto-renewing subscription, available as a monthly or yearly plan.

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, so we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
• If we change the subscription price, we'll let you know in advance, and the new price applies only to future billing periods.

Acceptable use

• Use Cartside for personal, non-commercial shopping.
• Don't scrape, crawl, or make automated or bulk requests to the app or its API.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app, and don't resell or redistribute its data.

Service provided "as is"

Cartside is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change or occasionally be unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of prices and product information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cartside and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your reliance on prices or information in the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service. You may stop using Cartside and request deletion of your account at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
